As we started thinking and talking to others about remodeling our home of 10 years, we heard all the horror stories that people love to tell about their nightmare experiences with their Contractor – not showing up for weeks and weeks, constantly missing deadlines/meetings, won’t return phone calls, nickel and diming them to death, etc… and we were quite frankly terrified. As we began the interview and selection process the one thing that Lee and John did from the start was answer our question -- no matter how dumb or trivial -- they listened and tried to keep us calm and explained how the process would work and they have been answering our questions and keeping us calm ever since. One year after moving back into our beautifully remodeled house, Lee and John are still there for us, answering questions and solving problems…and many of that problem solving is way over and above the call of duty. Their work is extremely professional and their willingness to get it right and make you happy is phenomenal. Our home is beautifully remodeled and we couldn’t be happier with the finished product. If we had to do it again, we wouldn’t consider using anyone else and I don’t know many homeowners that go through a 10 plus month project who would say that about their Contractor.
