More than just a garage – a carriage house has to blend in to its surroundings and add warmth and function while intruding as little as possible into the limited space of in-town lots.  Many of our carriage houses include wooden beams, stone and complementing textures to enhance your existing home.  They need to be versatile too serving as overflow spaces for entertaining, cabanas, pool house, etc., while still able to serve its basic purpose of housing the family automobile.
